Pollstar rates the tour at number six on the Top 100 tours of 2006, and the 12th highest grossing of all time. The 2007 tour will venture into Canada for the first time, including it in the 34-city run. A two-and-a-half hour show is promised to fans, who love to hear their individual hits as much as the new material that will be played.

Songs that were not played on the 2006 tour include "Everywhere", "Live Like You Were Dying,"and "Real Good Man"; Hill's "Breathe," "Cry," "This Kiss," and "Stealing Kisses"; and the McGraw/Hill duet "It's Your Love." McGraw's newest album, "Let It Go" will also provide some material for the tour, his newest release since 2004's Live Like You Were Dying. The concert will be played in the round, which gives every ticket holder a great seat. State of the art lighting and advanced visuals will complete the concert. It was announced that this will probably be the last time the two tour together.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's Soul2Soul Tour News

Massachusetts singer-songwriter Lori McKenna is scheduled to play at select venues for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's Soul2Soul Tour 2007. McKenna cuts an unlikely figure, being a plumber's wife and real-life mother to five children. She rose to prominence when Hill recorded "Stealing Kisses" and other material from her recent Fireflies album.

Hill paid great homage to McKenna when she said, "I don't remember ever being impacted by a songwriter the way I was with her." The Mass native will play when McGraw and Hill begin the trek June 5-6 in Omaha, Nebrasks, and will perform through dates on July 5-6 in Boston. McKenna's upcoming album, Unglamorous, was co-produced by McGraw and Byron Gallimore, an old hand at the business. It will be released August 14.

McGraw and Hill are to perform, appropriately, at Camp Jeep during their Soul2soul 2007 tour, at Charlottesville, Virginia on July 26. The Jeep partnership holds a special meaning to the couple, who in 1996 borrowed a 1978 Jeep CJ to go riding while in State College, Pennsylvania for a concert. On the drive, the two made the decision to begin a life together. Hill later hunted down that exact same Jeep and presented it to McGraw as a birthday present. They endearingly call the vehicle their "Date Jeep."

Several shows were added to the Soul2Soul 2007 itinerary, including a second date in Boston for July after the first rapidly sold out. A total of 34 shows had been scheduled, later expanded to 38. An additional show was also added in Omaha, Nebraska where the tour, officially entitled "Jeep Presents Soul2Soul Tour 2007" will begin June 5th.

A host of other additional dates were scheduled north of the border, too. The two haven't performed in Canada for 7 years, and demand for tickets was raging. All in all, it appears that Soul2soul tickets will be worth their weight in gold, as this tour progresses.
